How it is calculated
A radian is an arc the length of the radius. A grad, or gon, is one hundredth of a right angle: 90° = 100 grad. An arcminute is 1/60 of a degree, and an arcsecond is 1/60 of a minute.
Result = value × factor of the source unit / factor of the target unit

Example
180° = π radians ≈ 3,1416. 90° = 100 grad.
Questions
Is a grad a degree?
No. A grad is smaller: 1 grad = 0,9°.
How do I enter π?
For radians, enter a number, for example 3,1416. The field does not read the letter π.
Are map minutes the same minutes?
Minutes of latitude, yes: that is 1/60 of a degree. Minutes of clock time are not included.
